Duel.com (the "Website") is owned and operated by Immortal Snail LLC ("Duel", "we", or "us"), a company registered in Nevis with registration number L22982 and registered office at Arthur L. Evelyn Building, Suite 5, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis, West Indies. Duel.com is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under License No. ALSI-202411026-FI1.

By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and any rules that apply to specific games or features. These form a binding agreement between you and Immortal Snail LLC, the licensed operator of Duel.

We've kept these terms as clear as possible - but this is still a legal agreement. If anything here isn't clear to you, consult a legal advisor before continuing.

We may update these terms from time to time. If you continue to use Duel after any changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms. The English version of this document is the official one and will apply in the event of any conflict with a translated version.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account is secure. We will not be liable for any losses or damages from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

The user is responsible for securing their login credentials. We shall not be liable for lost user accounts or the funds contained within or any other resulting damages if the user knowingly or unknowingly provides a third party with their login credentials.

Duel accounts are not intended to be shared and any sharing of accounts may lead to termination of those accounts, lost funds or other restrictions.

You must not exploit bugs, errors, bonuses, or affiliate systems for unfair advantage. If you discover an exploit, report it immediately to support@duel.com and do not use it.

We reserve the right to void transactions, reclaim funds, terminate accounts, and pursue legal action against users engaged in exploitative behavior.

By using the Services, you specifically agree that you will not: i) interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks that provide the Services; ii) attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or hack any of the Services, or to defeat or overcome any of the encryption technologies or security measures or data transmitted, processed or stored by us; iii) disobey any requirements or regulations of any network connected to the Services; iv) circumvent technological measures designed to control access to, or elements of, the Services; or; v) do anything else that is not within the spirit of fair play or the Terms.

The person who originally creates and registers an account ("Original Owner") retains permanent and exclusive ownership rights to that account. In any dispute regarding account ownership or access, we will treat the Original Owner as the sole rightful owner of the account, regardless of any purported transfers, sales, gifts, or other arrangements made between users.

Accounts are non-transferable. Any User who buys, sells, transfers, gifts, shares, rents, or otherwise trades account access, or who advertises, attempts, or helps others do so will be in breach of these Terms. Any such transfer is void and gives no rights to any party, regardless of any payment made or agreement reached between Users. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to void related transactions, suspend or terminate any affected account, withhold funds, and pursue any other available remedy.

You must not use bots, scripts, or automated systems, or collude with other Users, to gain an unfair advantage. We may void any bets or winnings, and suspend or close any account, connected to such conduct.

All bets are final. If you lose funds by placing a bet, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Some games, lotteries, or sports betting markets on the site may have their own specific rules. If there's ever a conflict between those rules and these Terms of Service, these Terms will take priority.

Match betting rules are defined on their own dedicated rules page.

Any attempt to bypass, manipulate, or circumvent match betting rules, limits, or settlement, whether alone or in coordination with others may lead to KYC (identity verification), cancellation of bets, or other restrictions.

We do not provide refunds for deposits by default.

If you're depositing or withdrawing using cryptocurrency, it's your responsibility to use the correct address and network. We are not liable for losses resulting from user error.

Duel does not profit from deposit or withdrawal fees. However, third-party providers may charge network or processing fees, and you are responsible for covering them.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any deposit or withdrawal instruction, including the destination address and network. We are not responsible for, and will not reimburse, losses caused by incorrect, mistaken, or accidental transactions initiated by you.

We reserve the right to request KYC (identity verification) before processing a withdrawal. If you refuse or fail to provide required documents, we are not liable for any resulting loss of access to your funds.

Attempting to obtain money or credit from Duel to which you are not entitled is fraud against Duel. This includes, without limitation, falsely claiming that a deposit was made, was not credited, or was lost, exploiting a duplicate, mistaken, or double credited transaction, or reversing or charging back a deposit while retaining the value credited.

Where we identify such conduct, we may void the disputed transaction, reclaim any funds credited or withdrawn, withhold or forfeit your remaining balance, and suspend or terminate your account. We further reserve the right to recover any resulting losses and to pursue corrective or legal actions where necessary.

If your account remains inactive with no login activity for a continuous period of six (6) years, it will be classified as dormant. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reclaim any remaining balance in dormant accounts. We may attempt to contact you at your registered email address before reclaiming funds, but are not obligated to do so.

Where a receiving account has had no login activity for over thirty (30) days and the sender claims the tip was sent in error, Duel may, at its sole discretion, reverse that tip. Duel is not obliged to do so and is not liable for any decision to reverse or decline to reverse.

Duel accounts do not accrue interest. You shall not treat Duel as a financial institution.

We are not a financial institution, and we don't have the necessary licenses to act as a cryptocurrency exchange. For this reason, we do not allow you to trade cash and cryptocurrencies.

Any deposits to a User's Duel account must be made by using the User's personal means of payment. A User must not allow third parties to use his Duel account to make deposits to or withdrawals from his Duel account.

Your account balance is held in cryptocurrency. Any fiat (e.g. USD) value displayed is an indicative estimate only and will fluctuate with the market price of the underlying cryptocurrency that you have deposited. Duel does not guarantee any fiat value and gives no assurance that the fiat amount shown at deposit, at any point during play, or at withdrawal will be the same. You acknowledge that the value of your balance may rise or fall due to market movements, that this risk is entirely yours, and that Duel accepts no liability for any loss or reduction in value arising from cryptocurrency price fluctuations, exchange rates, or conversion.

1. You must be over the age of 18 and over the legal age to gamble in your area of jurisdiction.
2. You are responsible for ensuring that gambling is legal in your area of jurisdiction. Ensuring they are legally permitted to use the service is the user's sole responsibility. Duel makes no claims and provides no guarantees that using the service is legal for the user.
3. Duel is a licensed gambling website. Due to specific laws and regulations, we are not allowed to accept players from the following countries: Afghanistan, Armenia, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lithuania, North Korea, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Slovakia, Spain, Syria, Yemen, United Arab Emirates, Montenegro, United Kingdom, the United States of America and its territories, France, Netherlands (including Curaçao and other countries and territories that form part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands), Australia, Venezuela, Democratic Republic of Congo, Libya, Somalia, Myanmar/Burma, Sudan, South Sudan, Mali or Central African Republic.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, use of automated software or bots, violation of these terms, or any behavior we deem harmful to the platform or other users. When an account is terminated, any remaining funds may be withheld at our discretion.

Affiliates earn commissions based on the net revenue generated by referred users.

Affiliates must not engage in self-referral or practices that violate the integrity of the program.

The company reserves the right to modify the commission structure and program terms.

Affiliates found breaching the program's terms may have their accounts terminated, with potential forfeiture of pending commissions.

Affiliates must not advertise, promise, offer, or imply any false, misleading, or unauthorized reward, benefit to attract users to their code, including (without limitation) free spins, free money, deposit matching, guaranteed returns, or similar incentives, whether the affiliate intends to honor them. Where a User engages in, attempts, or facilitates any conduct that Duel considers malicious, misleading, dishonest, or otherwise in breach of the Affiliate Program, Duel reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to permanently terminate the User's account, revoke their affiliate code, and withhold and forfeit any commissions and earnings accrued in connection with such conduct. Any User who fails to honor a stated arrangement with users registered under their affiliate code may likewise have their affiliate code revoked, earnings withheld, and account terminated at Duel's sole discretion.

We reserve the right to reclaim, modify, or reassign any username or referral code at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. While usernames and referral codes are unique when created, you do not acquire any permanent rights to them, and we may change or remove them without notice or compensation.

If a User is found to have breached the Affiliate Program by engaging in self-referral or other forms of referral abuse and subsequently makes or circulates false or misleading public statements about Duel, the Company reserves the right to disclose, for the sole purpose of rebutting such statements, the minimum account-specific information (including account identifiers, transactional records, and investigatory findings) reasonably required to correct the public record and protect the Company’s legitimate interests. By using the Services, you expressly consent to such disclosure in these circumstances.

Duel operates only the leaderboards displayed on the Website. Duel does not endorse, operate, monitor, or accept any responsibility or liability for any third-party leaderboard, competition, or reward scheme, however described, whether it references Duel or uses a Duel affiliate code. Any prize, reward, or earnings a User believes they are owed or have lost in connection with a third-party leaderboard are solely a matter between that User and the relevant operator, and Duel is not a party to and bears no liability for any such arrangement.

Where a User promotes, operates, or creates a third-party leaderboard or fails to honor a stated arrangement in connection with one, Duel reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to suspend or terminate the User's account, revoke their affiliate code, and withhold or forfeit earnings connected to that conduct.

We respect your privacy.

When you use Duel, we collect only the data we need to provide a smooth and fair experience. This includes basic account information and gameplay activity. We won't collect anything just for the sake of it - and we definitely won't sell your data.

Some tools we use, like Google Analytics, Intercom or SEON, may collect extra data to help us prevent fraud, improve performance, or respond to support requests. If we ever need to share your information (for example, with payment providers or identity verification partners), it's only to keep the platform running properly or to meet legal obligations.

We also store sensitive documents like KYC securely and restrict employee access as much as possible. We work with Checkin.com as a recipient of personal data. The purpose of this data sharing is to identify users and/or verify documents.

You're responsible for keeping your account login safe. If someone accesses your account because of leaked or stolen credentials - whether through phishing or other means - we're not liable for any resulting losses.

By using Duel, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains in more detail what we collect and how we use it.

Duel accepts no liability for any losses, damages, or consequences to you or third parties caused directly or indirectly by: (a) errors, misprints, technical failures, system outages, transaction issues, display mistakes, communication problems, or any operational failures; (b) force majeure events, governmental actions, or circumstances beyond our control; (c) user violations of terms, fraud, collusion, or criminal conduct; (d) advice, guidance, or information provided by our staff or systems; (e) telecommunications, data transmission, or infrastructure failures; (f) financial risks including exchange rate fluctuations, processing fees, or market volatility; or (g) any other issues arising from service use.

We guarantee no continuous availability, accuracy, or performance. Gambling involves inherent risk of loss. Your use is entirely at your own risk. These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Certain games, bonuses, free spins, features, or promotional mechanics made available on the Platform are provided, operated, and/or controlled by independent third-party game providers. The logic, mechanics, timing, completion, expiry, settlement, and finalization of such games or bonuses are determined solely by the relevant third-party provider and are outside of our control. Where a bonus, free spins, or promotional feature is subject to an expiry period, a third-party provider may automatically finalize, cancel, or settle the bonus upon expiry. We do not guarantee that expired or partially used bonuses will be fully completed or replayed, nor that all allocated rounds or spins will be played. Any settlement, payout, cancellation, or adjustment of bets or winnings arising from the operation of a third-party game or bonus shall be processed strictly in accordance with the data, logic, and settlement instructions received from the relevant third-party provider. Such settlement shall be deemed final. All intellectual property rights on the Duel website(s) including, without limitation, all copyright and related rights, design rights and all trademark rights (whether registered or unregistered) in and to the website, software, images and text and the domain names https://duel.com and (altogether the "IP Rights") will, at all times, belong to Immortal Snail LLC

Under the terms of the license granted under this Agreement, you are permitted to use the website only as expressly authorized by Duel. You agree not to copy, redistribute, publish, reproduce, transmit, display, commercially exploit, tamper with or create derivative works of any of the IP Rights in whole or in part and you agree not to interfere with, modify or reverse engineer any software provided on the Website.

Duel, its license regulator or any governing authority can monitor or request to review all transactions to prevent money laundering. All suspicious transactions detected by Duel will be reported to the governing authorities.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and government agencies in all jurisdictions. If we receive a request, subpoena, court order, or other legal demand from any such authority, we reserve the right to:

• Freeze or withhold funds in your account pending the completion of an investigation
• Provide account information, transaction history, and any other data requested by the authority
• Extend the freeze period for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with the investigation
• In cases where legally required or ordered by a court, transfer funds from your account directly to the requesting agency

We are not required to notify you when we receive such requests if doing so would violate applicable law or interfere with an investigation. We accept no liability for any losses, delays, or consequences resulting from compliance with law enforcement requests or legal obligations.

The User warrants and represents: (a) not to be restricted by limited legal capacity; (b) not to be acting on behalf of another party; (c) not to be classified as a compulsive problem gambler, and/or be included (whether voluntarily or involuntarily) on any register or database of excluded players; (d) not to be depositing funds originating from criminal and/or other unauthorized activities; (e) not to be conducting criminal activities whereby a Duel account is directly or indirectly involved; (f) not to be depositing funds through means that the User is not authorized to use.

Payments may be handled on behalf of Immortal Snail LLC by authorized third-party payment processors as per agreements between the companies.

Duel may appoint a payment solution provider to act, receive deposits, hold and manage funds, and/or expedite withdrawals, on behalf of Duel.

You must not engage in, encourage, or facilitate any seriously threatening, violent, or intimidating conduct toward Duel or its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, or other Users. This applies whether the conduct takes place on the Platform, through any communication channel, on social media or other public forums, or in person. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: i) threats of violence or serious harm; ii) stalking, or persistent harassment or intimidation; iii) publishing, sharing, or threatening to share the private personal information of any of the above persons (including their home address or private contact details); iv) attending or attempting to attend our premises, or the home or workplace of any of our people, without authorisation; v) blackmail, extortion, or any other unlawful conduct intended to harm, coerce, or intimidate.

This does not include complaints, criticism, negative reviews, or isolated rude remarks. It applies regardless of whether the conduct is directed through your own account or through any other person or account acting on your behalf.

Where we reasonably believe, based on credible evidence, that such conduct has occurred, we may take action proportionate to its seriousness. We may refuse or withdraw access to the Services, and suspend or permanently close your account. Where you are an affiliate, we may also terminate your participation in our affiliate programme and cease any future affiliate payments. We will not void legitimate winnings or withhold legitimately deposited balances under this clause. Any remaining balance will be returned to you, subject to our standard verification and withdrawal checks. We reserve the right to report the matter to law enforcement and to pursue any available legal remedy, including injunctive relief. These rights are in addition to, and do not limit, any other right or remedy available to us.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Each party bears its own arbitration costs.

Class Action Waiver: All disputes must be brought individually. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

We may seek court injunctions to protect our intellectual property rights without arbitration.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the law in force in the state of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros. Subject to the arbitration provisions above, you irrevocably agree that the courts of Anjouan shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning these Terms.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable or, if that is not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign or transfer yours without our prior written consent.
